1. Appointments
Scheduling Appointments:
- Appointments for services can be scheduled through our website, https://playsumcovergirl.com/, or by contacting our customer service team.
- You will receive a confirmation email or message once your appointment is successfully scheduled.
Appointment Changes:
- If you need to reschedule or change your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a rescheduling fee.
Missed Appointments:
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a missed appointment. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are issued for products or services that are defective, not as described, or if the service was not rendered satisfactorily. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product or service.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the request. We may require proof of the issue (e.g., photos of defective products).
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:

Subscription Cancellations:
- If you have a subscription-based service, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
